Standard processing time is 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional processing time for the following:

Orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday only. Any order placed after Wednesdaywill be shipped the following week. Packages are insured up to the dollar amount paid. All sales are final.

How long will my sea moss remain edible?

Keep your sea moss refrigerated in a airtight container for up to 3 weeks. discard after 21 days

Can I freezemy sea moss gel?

Absolutely. Be sure to transfer your sea moss into a freezer safe container. Freeze up to 2 months.

How much sea moss should I consume?

If this is your first introduction to sea moss we suggest 1 tablespoon daily. After a weeks time you can increase to a maximum of 3 tablespoons daily.

Where do you get your sea moss?

Our wild crafted Irish sea moss is responsibility harvested from the beautiful Caribbean waters of Jamaica. Sun dried to ensure the integrity of the sea moss is maintained and shipped in food safe containers.

Does my delivery come with insurance?

Absolutely. If your package arrives damaged. Be sure to file a claim with the postal provider for the amount of your purchase. Please also provide the postal provider with your tracking number and current contact information.
